### Independent AI Automation Work — Remote (U.S. / Canada / International)

**Founder** · March 2026 – Present

Two-person venture building AI agents for operational workflows (Jira triage, documentation, first-pass PR review; React/Python on Django/Redis/Postgres), and taking on client data engagements where sensitive-data handling is the constraint.

- Owned the client relationship for an on-site clinical data engagement at a behavioral-health clinic in Mexico — scoped the work with the chief medical officer, secured written authorization for data access, negotiated access to the EMR and medical-device systems, and ran the departure handoff to a named on-site contact.
- Built the clinic's on-site data server alongside my co-founder and proved cross-border remote access; personally collected and verified 1,023 source files covering 349 patients with zero corruption.
- Designed the data-residency and de-identification approach — working backward from what the researchers actually needed — so that de-identification happens at the clinic, the re-identification key never leaves the country, and patient data never leaves the building on removable media.
- Selected and stood up the AI vendor path that permits processing sensitive data under signed terms (no training on customer data, no sharing with the model provider): account, business associate addendum, least-privilege IAM, and cost monitoring.
