AI Product Leader — Enterprise Platforms, Data & Agentic Workflows
I have over 10 years of experience shipping solutions, and I get there by talking with everyone: I gather requirements from C-suite executives, refine outcomes with multi-national development teams, present to cross-product stakeholders, and improve my end-users' experience. Lately that means figuring out how to put functional AI into everything we do!
Independent AI Automation Work (2026–present): a two-person venture building AI agents for operational workflows, such as Jira triage, documentation, and first-pass PR review, and taking on client data engagements where sensitive-data handling is the constraint. Most recently: an on-site clinical data engagement at a behavioral-health clinic in Mexico, from scoping with the chief medical officer to a de-identification design where the re-identification key never leaves the country.
Case studies
eXp INBND — AI-supported call centre
The phone cleanup that became a product: an AI call-centre platform with listing recognition and caller-context summarization, built where a hundred scattered accounts used to be.
eXp Enterprise — the system of record
Directed the platform holding agent data for the U.S. and Canada: licensing, financials, and PII on a Kafka and AWS backbone, where an outage was a company event.
The AI developer workflow
Meetings in, managed work out: a human-in-the-loop pipeline from transcripts to refined Jira issues, plus the workshops that spread it across the company.
VoIP consolidation
100+ vendor accounts, one shared password spreadsheet, and the year of account-by-account porting that turned it into a single unified system on Twilio and 8x8.
Business-needs intake process
Replaced side-channel requests with a formal pipeline tied to stakeholders, quarterly priorities, and OKRs. Then it spread across the org on its own.
Custom Agent Flags → Tableau
The last major feature I shipped at eXp, and one of the most demanded: let the business say anything about any agent, and report on it downstream.

The arc
My path to product ran through the work itself: IT support at scale, then business analysis, then product management — each role earned by shipping something the business couldn't do without. That arc is why I'm comfortable everywhere from a porting schedule to a C-suite roadmap review.
